Ahh long time no blog.again.Buutt,I'm back, and I've got 4 blog posts that I'm (hopefully) going to post throughout october, every saturday, soo get ready for some fall content.
Today I'm coming at you with another recipe blog post cause I got bored, and asked you guys on insta what should I do and if I should blog about it.You voted yes and here I am.
You've read the title-I'm going to share a vegan tiramisu recipe(which turned out to be very good to my surprise-I'm def a chef what should I say).

You can have fun with these once the "base" is ready and cooled-I made the "original" form(served in a glass) and the rest I cut into squares.

VEGAN TIRAMISU
Ingredients:
Base layer:
1 cup of flour
2/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 stp salt
6 tbsp coconut oil,melted
6 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup plant based milk of choice(I used almond)
150 ml coffee
Cream layer:
200 g tofu(1 block)
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp coffee powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp plant based milk of choice
Method:
1.Preheat your oven to 180°C .
2.To make the base: mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, then pour in the oil, maple syrup and milk.
Mix to combine. Pour the batter into a lined square cake tin and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely.
3.To make the cream layer: First drain the tofu from as much liquid as possible.Blend all the cream layer ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth.
4.Assemble and decorate how you want(I recommend topping it with some cocoa and serving it with fruit. Also, you can poke it and pour some fresh brewed coffee and let it absorb)
5.Leave to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
