Hello beautiful people reading this!
I feel like every blog post starts with me apologizing for my inactivity. You know that period of your life when you are so into something(for ex school) and it stresses you so much that you barely can do anything?Yeah..same.In these 2 months of inactivity I felt like my creativity and ideas just went together on vacay in a place faaar away from me.And I know why:besides all the school work, activities, etc etc(not tryna complain here),there was this dark enemy of mine named winter who decided to stay till mid March and then bring a little his friend-shitty weather.I was not in my element,I couldn't go outside to take pictures, nor creating anything,so yeah...I don't think that anyone cares about this and probably no one will read this part but I had to say it.Now I'll stop and get to the subject of today's blog post.
Veganism and Vegetarianism are THE big thing in 2018.Everyone is talking about becoming a vegan and the benefits of it etc.I'm vegan not only for saving animals but for environment and my health as well, and the major question that I know everyone is asking before turning vegan is: What am I going to do when I'm going out with my friends? What am I going to eat? Will I be pushed away if I'm not eating the same thing as my friends? Well...I'm here to answer all those questions and help you!More over,in my future blog post I'm going to tell you about my little helper for when I'm travelling.
Being vegan and going out it's so easy, but you never thought of it like this:
First of all,in every cafe you can find tea, cocktails with no milk and fresh orange juice. When it comes to eating, the possibilities are endless. If the specific restaurant does not have more fancy vegan food such as veggie burgers or wraps, you get the idea,go straight to the ''sides'' part and there you have it!You can mix sides and make the perfect vegan lunch/dinner.(For example:rice with mushrooms or potatoes and beet salad, idk, let your creativity flowin).
Buuut, there are some cafes and restaurants in Brasov that stand out,and I'm going to talk about them, with pros and cons right now.

2.Home Cocktail Bar
3.Delicious Raw

1.Tipografia
I recently went to Tipografia and I fell in love with it!Some friends told me about it,but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have vegan options in the menu. Not only do they have a lot of goodies(don't even get me started on the tea-a whole menu dedicated to tea!),the possibility of substituting the milk with soy milk, but they have vegan food such as regular and croissant sandwiches with avo, greens, tomatoes, everything you'll want! What was more surprising for me were the prices.Very affordable, you can eat there on a budget-for example: TEA(prices starting at 6 lei for the amount of two cups),VEGAN SANDWICH(9lei-12lei).

2.Home Cocktail Bar
Home is a place that I really really love.I discovered it last year and I even talked about it in a blog post(I think it was ''A day out in town'' or smth like that). It isn't named ''home'' for no reason-you really feel like you're home there. It's a great place to spend an afternoon in.They have amazing teas and sandwiches at good prices(9 lei for a tea and 11 for a sanwich-it's the serving for two people-but it depends on how hungry you are).

Adress: Strada Sfântul Ioan 26, Brașov

3.Delicious Raw
Delicious Raw is a lovely little all-vegan cafe.I really wanted to go there because I saw they had Kombutcha and I also tried one of their raw vegan cakes. The Kombutcha was amazing and also at a very good price(6 lei). The cake on the other hand, was delicious buuutt..them prices were not the same(prices start at 12 lei for a not so big piece of cakey).Overall,I will definetly go back for the Kombutcha but if you're feelin extra fancy and you want to treat yourself, you should give them a try.

4. 5.to.go
5 to go is a little coffee shop with everything at 5 lei,so it's very affordable.I went just once and was surprised to see that they sell vegan biscuits, crackers, bars, and they have the possibility to substitute the milk with soy milk for 5 lei.Quick, affordable and very cute.
